مشروع ( قائد بلا منصب ) 2020 في إطار سعي منظمتنا لتخليد أهدافها و مبادئها بغض النظر عن الأشخاص المسئولين , فقد توصلنا إلى فكرة تحويل نشاطنا لمشروع يحمل نفس الاسم و بالتالي روح اجتماعاتنا و نشاطاتنا , و ذلك بهدف خلق مواسم متواصلة من المشروع تضيف لشخصية و مستقبل وبالتالي حياة الشباب المسيحي ليكونوا أعضاء مؤثرين في مجتمعهم داخل الكنيسة و خارجها , لفتح ذهنهم لآفاق جديدة , لتجهيزهم للتحديات التي سيواجهونها في خطوات حياتهم المهنية المقبلة و ليكونوا أمثلة حقيقية لمسيحنا و يتحلوا بالروح المسيحية الأصيلة التي تنير الآخرين في طرقهم و تشير للطريق الصحيح . و لتطبيق ذلك بطريقة مخططة و منظمة فقد استنتجنا أن مشروعنا لابد أن يحمل رسالة نأمل أن نوصلها و رؤية و أهداف عديدة لابد من تحقيقها في كل موسم و لذلك فقد نزعنا لوضع البذرة التي ستكون المنارة للأجيال القادمة لحقيق أكبر استفادة ممكنة . الرسالة - تضييق الفجوة بين الشباب الجامعي في مختلف التخصصات و خلق مجتمع جيد التنظيم , غير مبني على أي كنيسة تنتمي لها أو أي كلية تنتسب إليها , و لكن على أساس قدراتك و إمكانياتك التي تستطيع بها أن تضيف للمجموعة في أي جانب مفيد علميًا , اجتماعيًا , دينيًا أو حتى نفسيًا . - توسيع إطار الـتفكير لأهداف تتخطى العالم المادي - القدرة على بعث ردود أفعال إيجابية و أفكار تفاؤلية فيما بيننا - لتكون ذا تأثير حتى لو لم تكن تقصد ذلك - القدرة على اتخاذ قرارات - رؤية المستقبل بشكل أوضح و أكثر إشراقًا - تشجيع الآخرين للوصول لنسخة أفضل للجميع الرؤية إن المباني و المرافق لا قيمة لها إذا لم يتم استغلالها لنفع أجيالنا الجديدة , و لذلك فإن الاستثمار الحقيقي لا يكمن في المنشئات و لكن في الشباب القادر على تسيير تلك المنشئات. فما المنفعة إن أنفقنا الأموال و الوقت في أشياء ستواجه خطر الإخفاق في غياب تمكين قادة جيدين ؟!! لذلك نحن نأمل أن نجعل من شبابنا القادة الحقيقيين الذين يحتاجهم مجتمعنا المسيحي و وطننا أيضًا , فالقيادة الحقيقية تبدأ حين نتخلى عن الفردية و نعمل من أجل المجموعة , و حين ندرك أن القيادة بلا منصب هي أن تَشكُر أولًا و تُشكَر أخيرًا و تلك هي أصعب المهام , و بالتالي فإن عددًا قليلًا هو القادر على هذا التحدي . الأهداف 1- تطوير الشباب المسيحي من الجانب الديني و العلمي و الاجتماعي و النفسي 2- جعل الشباب المسيحي يشعر بأن لديه واجبًا ليس لتطوير نفسه فقط بل الآخرين أيضًا في مجتمعاتهم المختلفة 3- لتعزيز مشاركة المعلومات و الخبرات بين أُناس من مختلف الخلفيات
