Aplikasi 'Jom Berkebun!' ini dicipta sebagai inovasi abad ke-21 bagi memperkenalkan tajuk menanam benih di dalam bekas kepada murid berkeperluan khas yang menghadapi masalah pembelajaran agar murid dapat mengatasi masalah pengajaran dan pembelajaran inklusif serta membantu murid mengeksplorasi ilmu RBT secara sendiri. Aplikasi ini dihasilkan dengan merangkumi pelbagai fungsi seperti nota, video, lagu, peta minda, permainan, puzzle, latihan dan kuiz. Aplikasi ini digunakan untuk membantu murid mengenal pasti nama, fungsi, dan cara penggunaan alatan menanam.
