ESMAÜL HÜSNA
Esma-ül Hüsna, Allah’ın isimleri için kullanılan bir tabirdir. Esma-i Hüsna 99 isimle sınırlı değildir, derin mânâlar taşır. İşte Esma-i Hüsna gerçeği… İsmin çoğulu olan esmâ ile “güzel, en güzel” anlamındaki hüsnâ kelimelerinden oluşan Esmâ-i Hüsnâ (Esmâü’l-Hüsnâ) terkibi naslarda Allah’a nisbet edilen isimleri ifade eder. Sadece Kur’an’da geçen ilâhî isimler 100’den fazladır; muhtelif hadislerde Allah’a nisbet edilen başka isimler de mevcuttur. Esmâ-i Hüsnâ terkibinin, geniş anlamıyla bunların hepsini kapsamakla birlikte terim olarak daha çok doksan dokuz ismi içerdiği kabul edilir. ALLAH’IN İSİMLERİ NEDEN EN GÜZELDİR? Esmâ-i Hüsnâ terkibinde yer alan hüsnâ kelimesi “güzel” mânasında sıfat veya “en güzel” anlamında ism-i tafdîl sayılmıştır. Her iki halde de buradaki güzellik bir gerçeği vurgulamakta olup Allah’ın güzel olmayan bir isminden söz edilemeyeceği için mefhûm-i muhalifini hatıra getirmez. ESMAÜL HÜSNA’NIN FAZİLETLERİ İlâhî isimlerin güzellikle nitelendirilmesinin sebeplerini Ebûbekir İbnü’l-Arabî şöyle sıralamaktadır: 1- Esmâ-i Hüsnâ Allah hakkında yücelik ve aşkınlık ifade eder ve kullarda saygı hissi uyandırır. 2- Zikir ve duada kullanılmaları halinde kabule vesile olur ve sevap kazandırır. 3- Kalplere huzur ve sükûn verir, lütuf ve rahmet ümidi telkin eder. 4- Bilginin değeri bilinenin değerine bağlı bulunduğu ve bilinenlerin en şereflisi de Allah olduğu için Esmâ-i Hüsnâ bilgisine sahip olanlara bu bilgi meziyet ve şeref kazandırır. 5- Esmâ-i Hüsnâ Allah için vâcip, câiz ve mümteni‘ olan sıfatları içermesi sebebiyle O’nun hakkında yeterli ve doğru bilgi edinmemize imkân verir. Fahreddin er-Râzî ise hüsnânın bu mânalarından Allah’a ait olanları zikretmekle yetinerek O’nun hakkında kullanılacak güzel kavramının kemal ve celâl niteliklerini dile getirdiğini ifade etmiştir.
