KESKİN FM 102.1 BOZ TOPRAĞIN SESİ KESKiN FM Kırıkkale ili Keskin ilçesinde 1994 yılı Aralık ayında amatör bir radyo olarak yayına başladı. önceleri amatörce başlayan yayın, halkın göstermiş olduğu yoğun ilgi ve destekle gelişti. 1995 yılında Gençay Radyo TV. Yayıncılık ve Reklamcılık A.Ş Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Mehmet Gençay RTÜK’e başvurarak,Keskin FM’in yasal olarak FM 102.1 frekansından radyo yayını yapmaya başlamasının ardından Keskin FM hızla kendini geliştirdi.Teknik eksikliklerini zaman içinde tamamlayıp,kasetten Cd ‘ye Cd dende 1998 yılında bilgisayar ile yayın yapan ilk radyolar arasında yerini aldı.
